Visited around noon on a public holiday. As usual, the store is filled with many families of regular customers, and we are guided to a separate area in the back. The draft was cold and the heating wasn't working very well, so I decided to order something warm, so I ordered a large bowl of the famous Tori Soba. Probably because there were a lot of customers, we waited for about 15 minutes before finally getting the rice bowl. The noodles are thin like somen, but they don't spread too quickly and are delicious till the end. The soup has an elegant taste with chicken and vegetable stock, and I think it may also include oyster sauce. It was a little thick and I was able to eat it piping hot until the end, and by the time I finished it all, I started sweating and felt a small happiness that I was able to keep warm in the cold room.
