平日のお昼、ピークタイムにお邪魔しました。やはり混み合う時間でしたが、二組待ちで5分待ちで入店できました。
街中華ならぬ街洋食代表のようなお店で、店内はとても活気があり、プラスのエネルギーをいっぱい感じながらの食事になりました^ ^
最初は県内産の材料にこだわったハンバーグとオムライスのセットにしようとお願いしたのですが、店主から、それだと40分くらいかかるけどだいじょうぶと聞いていただき、結果一番メニューのオムライスのセットにしました。オムライスにサラダ、スープにフリードリンクがつくセットで850円！と、お財布に優しい価格です。
さて、肝心のオムライスですが、なんとライスは醤油味の黒いチキンライスです。これにフワフワのオムレツが包まない方式で乗っていて、さらに卵の黄身がオン！そこに歯触りを変えてくれるトルティーヤチップがのり、甘めのデミグラストマトソースがたっぷり。なんとも不思議な組み合わせなのですが、このバランスが絶妙でした。
気さくでお客さん全員に話しかけていくスタイルの店主にお伺いしたところ、この辺は昔からエビ飯みたいな黒いライスをよく食べていて、お客様に喜んでもらおうと思ったら、そこにさらに地物の卵を加えたこのオムライスになったんよー、との優しい嬉しいお話もお伺いできて、お腹だけでなく心も満たされる食事になりました️
こういうお店はずっと残って欲しいです。
