It's in the basement near Okayama Station. I looked up Omelette Rice and found a Omelette Rice with many varieties. The entrance is small and has a long-established feel. The menu has a variety of combinations for Omelette Rice, so it's almost endless! I ordered the restaurant's specialty Hamburg and a large Hamburg Omelette Rice because I was hungry. When I ordered, they said that it will take a little time because they are particular about Hamburg steak. There was also a vegetable buffet, but this time I ordered it separately. Even so, Omelette Rice came in about 15 minutes! I was excited about Omelette Rice with demi-glace sauce and the large Hamburg, which was topped with plenty of eggs. Hamburg is meaty, juicy, and soft, as they are particular about it. Omelette Rice is also fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth. The inside of Omelette Rice is specially made with soy sauce rice, so you won't get tired of the taste and the fragrant feeling is just right. The owner is very energetic and has a wonderful smile, which made me feel like a famous owner. I would like to try another Omelette Rice again.
