折角の岡山ナイト、もう一軒寄って行こうと伺ったのがこちら
バブリーな雰囲気を持つビルに入っておりました
先客は二組、空いているカウンター席に着きます
こちらは前夜伺ったバーのご店主、横山氏（’９５チャンピオン）がおられたお店になります
まずはモレンジのソーダ割りをいただき続いて利休をお願いした
作られるのはコンテストにチャレンジしていると言っておられたお若いバーテンさん
気持ちの良い接遇で楽しかったなぁ
付き出しはバゲット、大蒜風味で刻みトマトが乗せられたもの、黒胡椒で整えておりました
