西バイバス沿いのイタリアン Mamma！！
同僚とウィークデーランチに伺ったのは北区田中の「イタリア食堂 Mamma」さん、自宅からもほど近く徒歩圏内なのですが今回初訪問、何と創業から丸9年にしてやっとこさ伺うことが出来ました、何だか近くて遠いを実感するお店になっていました、反省(￣0￣)！
13時30分頃の訪問で店内は9割方埋まっています、平日でもしっかり集客できるイタリアンのようです。ランチはパスタ4種と限定20食の肉ランチ、少し豪華なセットランチになるようです。
注文はパスタの中からA（880円）を選択、まずは前菜がすぐにやって来ます。鶏肉と季節野菜の盛合せ、酸味が強いドレッシングが掛かっておりサラダ仕立てになるのでしょうか、野菜は一片が大きく見た目よりボリュームありました！
暫くしてパスタ登場、4種から選んだのは「豚肩ロース肉と白いんげん豆のトマトソース」、白いんげん豆はかなり大きなサイズ、量もしっかりありますね。平打ち麺に濃厚で酸味の強いトマトソースが絡んでいます、白いんげん豆はその酸味を適度に中和させ味を変化させる役割も担っているようです。歯応えある豚肩ロースも適度に入っており、ボリュームある内容になっていました！
食後にはアイスコーヒーを頂きながら暫しまったり．．．飲料付いて880円ならコスパ良いですね、利便性いい立地なのでちょくちょく通いたいと思います(・∀・)

In the light rain, I went to have lunch with a colleague at ``Italian Cafeterias Mamma'' along the West Bypass.It's close to my office, but it's been a while since I've been there. Around 12:30, the seats were about 80% full, and even after that, more and more customers started coming in and the place was full. ．． ．． It's popular even on weekdays. The order is "mamma lunch", and the appetizer comes first. The combination of Prosciutto and vegetables is not large in quantity but is of high quality. The pasta is tagliatelle with meat sauce Bolognese style, and is characterized by wide and chewy noodles. It's Bolognese style, so the minced meat was strong, and the tomato sauce and cheese mixed with the ribbon-shaped noodles gave it a rich taste, and it was delicious until the end (*^^*) After the meal, I sat down for a while while having dessert. ．． ．． The weather is unstable this spring! !
