岡南で晩御飯時間となり、行ってきました。
五穀 岡南店さんです(*'▽')
岡南シネマの１階のレストランが並んでる所にあります。
店内はテーブル席が多くあります。
着席して、牛タンの煮込みハンバーグ定食を注文しました。
ご飯が白米と五穀米を選べるので、ここは五穀米をえらびました。
赤いご飯の五穀米と味噌汁、漬物が来ます。
お味噌汁は具だくさんで、ボリュームがあり嬉しいですね(*^^*)
五穀米はやや歯ごたえがあり、美味しです。
そしてハンバーグは火傷注意でした(笑)
とても柔らかく、ジューシーでタンも細切れが入っていてとても美味しいです。
付け合わせのジャガイモ、ブロッコリーもデミグラスを吸って美味しくなってます。
とても満足のディナーでした。
