■鍋焼き 950円
・JR宇野線 備前西市駅から徒歩で約20分弱、鍋焼きうどんが人気のうどん屋さん。
・麺は不揃いで畝りの入ったモッチリ中size麺。
・具材は鶏肉、豚肉、エビ天、卵、あげ、ナルト、玉ねぎ、刻みネギ。
・店内Ｌ型カウンターで9席と4人用小上がり座敷が5卓。
小腹が空いたので通り掛かりの此方を初訪。
ボリュームこそ有りませんが、やや塩分強めの出汁と麺が美味い！
加えて女性ばかりですがお店の方々の連携が素晴らしい！
特にオペ担当の方の動き・耳が素晴らしいです！
聞こえてないだろうなお客さんのオーダーもキッチリ耳に届いており、素早い動きでオーダーを通します！
かなり仕事の出来る方だとお見受けしました。
もうチョットだけボリュームがあれば言う事なしなのですが……
