この日は朝から岡山への商談 朝の商談を終えて後輩と合流 何を食べようかと前から気になっていたデカ盛りのお店 みゆきを訪れました。
お店の前に駐車場2台停められる駐車場に一台車が止まっています。
お店の中には女将さんが鉄板で大きな大きなモダン焼きを焼かれていました。
お客さんは僕ら以外に2人
1人は持ち帰りのモダン焼きを待つお客
もう1人は常連であろうお酒を呑まれているお父さん
メニューの中からみゆきモダン焼きをチョイス
大きさは焼かれてる大きな大きなお好み焼きが
中と聞いたのでびびって小を注文 500円
お水はセルフなのかな？ わからないけど自分で棚からコップを出し、お水を注ぎます。
女将さんが作られているモダン焼きは小でも充分に大きい
焼かれていくモダンにマヨネーズとソースを混ぜたようなものを塗られて出来上がり
お皿とコテを貰い鉄板に置かれたモダン焼きを切り分けて食べます。
甘めのソースがたっぷりで味は少し大味ですね
量を食べられる人ならご飯あると相乗効果で美味しくなりそうです。
2人で来たなら焼きそばとお好み焼きを半分分け分けも
楽しそうです
