月曜日のお昼に利用しました。
岡山市内から玉野市内に向かう国道３０号線沿いの灘崎地区にあります。
前回の利用が２０１２年３月の送別会だったので実に５年半ぶりです。
店の外には「焼肉は男のロマンだ」という幟がはためいていて入店する前から心は高鳴ります。
店に入ってすぐのテーブル席が空いていたのでそこに座りました。
ランチメニューは各種ありましたが、焼肉ランチ ロース２００ｇ＠１０００円を注文。
注文した後、店員さんが隣のテーブルとの間にスクリーンを下げてくれました。
ライスはセルフでお代わり自由、ドリンクバーサービスありということでウーロン茶を飲みながらお待望のお肉を待ちます。
焼肉ランチはプレートの盛られたロース肉１０切れにご飯、サラダ、みそ汁、韓国のり、タレとなかなか豪華です。
ロース肉はタレに浸けてあったのでそのままコンロに載せて焼きます。
思ったよりも肉の厚さがあったので、中心までよく焼けるようにトングで裏返します。
そして焼けた肉からタレをつけて口の中に放り込むとやわらかくて美味でご飯もすすみます。
ロース肉２００ｇでも意外と満足感がありました。
食後のコーヒーを飲んでひといきつきました。
近くに来る機会はなかなかありませんが、美味しいお肉が食べたくなったときには使えるお店です。
