普通のラーメンは580円で具だくさんでいい、ただスープは普通杉る。
鴨肉つけ麺中盛り750円はスープが旨い、具も多い、麺も多い。
唐揚げはまず見たことないほど大きい、だから揚げるのに時間がかかる、
味も非常に旨いと思う。
両方に入っているチャーシューは脂が多い部位なのに厚めである、
今の三分の一の薄さにすれば、スープを吸っていい味わいになると思う。
壁のメニューをやめて、普通のメニューにしたら
落ち着いた良いお店になるのではないかと思う。
