昼過ぎに到着しましたが、お客は2人おられました。壁一面に手書き説明文の画用紙が貼られていましたが、唐揚げが看板料理みたいです。ラーメンは４種類のスープから選択できるようになっています。
すなわち、アッサリ(鯛スープ)、中間(豚と鶏のスープ)、こってり(豚スープ)、濃厚(牛スープ)となっていましたが、中間を選びました。味付けにはモンゴル塩も使われているとのことです。
約6,7分で着丼。スープは中間とは言え、コラーゲンが強調されているだけあって、私にはかなり、こってりした感じでした。塩分控えめ目に味付けされていることもあり、出汁の存在感を強く感じることができます。
純強力粉の玉子麺の上にはチャーシュー、豚肉ミンチ、ゆで卵、コーン、ワカメ、レタス、ネギ、モヤシ、蒲鉾、ナルトが所狭しと彩り良く載せられ、腹一杯にいただきました。
