瀬戸内といえばアナゴということで、どちらかというと岡山県はうなぎが食べられるお店は少ないほうなのかな？という印象ですが、このお店もうなぎに力を入れてますし、近くに以前お邪魔した「うなぎ料理くりはら」もあります。
外観は立派なもので、駐車場も広々。
店内も昔ながらの雰囲気でゆったりとしたお座敷に１人でまったり座らせていただきました。
お店に入るなり、鰻のタレのいい香りがしてきて完全に頭はうなぎモード（笑）
メニューはやっぱりうなぎメイン。

うなぎについて、という説明もしっかりされてます。
こちらのお店では関東式の「背開きで蒸す」というやり方をされてるみたいです。
１切れだとさすがに寂しいので、２切れのうな重にしました。
うーんん！ふわふわでしっかり脂ものってますね〜！
肝吸いは茸やしょうがが入ってました。
１人で黙々とただただうなぎを楽しむ。なんと贅沢な休日ランチでしょうか（笑）
