ちょっと間が空きましたね、ラーメンパスポート５軒目です。
御津金川にあるお店なんですが、昼はいわゆる「お食事処」という感じで、麺類やらドンブリのもやらカレーまでひと通りのものが揃ってます。
ちなみに夜は寿司和食のお店になるようです。
入り口には「自家製麺の店」と大きな看板が出ています。
店内も外観同様清潔感あっていい雰囲気です。
さてさて、ラーパスのメニューはラーメンにミニそぼろ丼のセットです。
ラーメンは醤油か味噌が選べたんですが、ここは王道で醤油をいただきます。
スープは鶏と豚とがバランスよくまろやかな味。臭みもなく日本食を出す店らしい雰囲気がスープにも感じられます。
そして結構気に入ったのが、ツルッとしたのどごしと程よいコシが絶妙な自家製麺。
このツルッとした食感の麺は、細麺としては岡山で食べたラーメン屋さんの中でもトップクラスです。
チャーシュも肉自体の味をしっかり残して炊きあげられているので、ラーメンにもご飯にも合いますね！
そしてセットのそぼろ丼。
ちょっとお行儀がよろしくありませんが、スープをかけて食べたらこれまたいい感じ。
金川あたりで奥まったところにあるので知らなきゃたどり着けないお店ですが、駐車場もあるのでご安心を。
いや、なかなかの穴場スポットでしたね！
金川はそば作さんもあるので、ラーメンはレベル高いですね！
