同僚とランチに伺ったのは大安寺の千房さん、会社から車で6~7分なので複数回訪れています。味のある個店の方が好きなのですが今日は打ち合わせを兼ねていますので広々した千房さんを選択です。
12時半頃の訪問で店内は5割程度、テーブルには鉄板ありますので自分で焼くことも出来ますがズボラなおっさん二人は厨房で焼いて貰います^^;
注文はそばモダンセット（961円）、待つこと10分少々でやって来ました。お好み焼きは温められた鉄板に置いてくれますので最後まで熱々が頂けます^^ ご飯と味噌汁がセットになっています。
モダン焼きは大阪風、それほど大きくありませんがふっくら仕上げでしっかり厚みがあります。デフォのソースは少なめなのでテーブルソースを追加しながら頂きます。ご飯のおかずで頂くお好み焼き、ご馳走様でした！！
