数回目の来店。
昼に比べると平日の夜はゆったりした感じです。
関西風ミックス玉、豚焼きそば、オムねき焼を注文。
普段はホルモンうどんですが、意味ないと思いながらも少し太り気味なので脂控えめで焼きそば！
オムねぎ焼きはお店で焼いてくれますが、それ以外は自分で焼くか決められます。
今回はミックス玉だけ焼いてあとはお店の方に焼いていただきました。
鉄板熱々で焼きそばの麺が少しカリっと食感が変わるのもまたいいですね。
お皿でも提供してくれますが鉄板の方が今日は好みです。
ソースも普通のオリジナルと激辛タイプあるので味変もできて楽しめます。
お好み焼きはい自分で焼くと焦がすので混ぜるだけw
またソースの焦げる香りの誘惑に負けたら来ます。
