岡山の広島焼屋さん・・・他の人の口コミを見たら、関西風もあったらしいですが、気付きませんでした。
お店の外観は、パッと見は喫茶店ですが、中はカウンターと鉄板付のテーブルがあるお好み焼き屋さんで、親父さんが焼いてます。
メニューは、お好み焼き・焼そば・鉄板焼き（ステーキもあり）・焼き飯など。
広島焼・豚玉（600円）：割とじっくりと焼くので、焼き飯等よりは待ちます。表面の豚はしっかり焼かれていて硬めですが、中はキャベツメインでとろっとして熱々です。卓上の二種のソースと、青のり・削り粉・マヨはお好みでかけます。なお、そば入りは750円です。
聞くところによると、広島風お好み焼きと呼ばないと、広島では物言いが付くそうですが、岡山は広島焼と書いているお店が多いですね。
