近所のお好み焼き屋さん
「風天」に飲みに行きました。
関西風と広島風を食べ比べ(笑)
フワフワした生地なので、ここでは関西風に軍パイかな…。
ピリ辛ソースが置いてあるのは嬉しい限りです！
他にもサイドメニューが豊富ですよ。
今日のイチオシは「干し鶏肉」
牛の干肉はよく聞くのですが、鶏は珍しいかと。
もちろん旨みが凝縮されていて、最高なおつまみになりました。
