春の陽光を背中に浴びながら昼餉に伺ったのは福富西「風天」さん、浦安豊成線沿いでは老舗のお好み焼き屋さんになります。5軒が連なる長屋構造の一角、赤い暖簾が目印になります。
店内は奥に長い構造、厨房前にカウンター席があります。正午頃で先客さん1名、おひとり様なのでカウンター席端っこに着きます。
注文はそばモダン、大将が丁寧に焼いてくださいます。待つこと15分ほどで完成、カウンター席は鉄板直には食べられませんので木枠鉄皿で頂くことになります！
岡山では数の少ない関西お好み焼き、全体的に高さがありふっくら仕上がっています！。タテソース使用で辛めな味わい、追いソースの必要はありません。豚肉は大きなサイズがしっかり、そば入りなのでボリュームありました。
昼飲みもしっかり出来る風天さん、次回は運転手を仕立てて伺いましょう^^
