白石の旧道沿いに佇む老舗寿司店「すし建」さん、今回初訪問になります。庭瀬方面への抜け道になりますので旧道とはいえ交通量はかなり多いです。薄紫の暖簾がお洒落ですね。
入ってすぐにカウンター、右手奥がテーブル席・左手が小上がりの構成。全19席ですが少し手狭な印象があります、丸い寿司桶が沢山積まれていますので出前注文が多いのでしょう。
注文はにぎり（1000円）、苦手を聞かれましたが当方ノープロブレムでございます^^ にぎりは白い平皿にのって登場です、8巻＋しじみみそ汁の構成です。シャリは若干小さめ、酢の量は控えめ、値段がリーズナブルですので豪華な素材ではありませんが厚みのあるネタで質実剛健タイプ。マグロと海老・蛸は特に美味しかったです^^ 味噌汁のしじみがとても大きく、濃い目の味わい、良かったです！
