予約して伺いました〜
一品料理もたくさんあるのでお酒が好きな方も楽しめそう。
さて今日はお酒は無しで、握りを10貫程度とキンキの煮付けを頂きました。
特に美味しかったのは穴子と漬けマグロとシャコ！
穴子はふっくらと柔らかくてボリュームがすごい。
太めの海苔で巻いてありますが、これがないと崩れちゃうかも、というくらい。
漬けマグロは、ワサビをとかした醤油に着けてあるらしく、一口食べるとワサビのツーンとした香りが鼻に抜けていきます。
シャリとのあいだにあるのより辛い！でも爽やかで美味しい。
シャコは身がプリプリでこちらも大きい！
ひと口だと食べづらいくらいでした。
そしてオススメのキンキの煮付けは、皮の部分がコラーゲン？みたいにぷるぷる、身はふっくらと柔らかい。
脂もしっかり乗ってて美味しい〜
看板にあるとおり大衆向けの雰囲気ですが、お寿司も料理も美味しかった！
