夜、岡山に到着。岡山は夜が早く、苦労して探した店が「すし幸」。
常連さんが集うカウンター数席の小さなお寿司屋さんです。
まずは、ビールにおつまみを少な目で注文。平目、イカ、酢じめイワシの３品。
いい感じですねえ。
鯛の昆布〆は味わい深いです。そして旬の鰆。これ、トロトロで最高です。
貝柱に穴子。瀬戸内の穴子はホワホワでとろけます。
最後にアコヤ貝とマグロのわさび漬け。アコヤ貝、いわゆる真珠貝は初体験でした。
どのお寿司もめっちゃ美味しかったです。
ビール１本とつまみ、お寿司を少しつまんで３０００円ちょっと。
素晴らしいコスパです。岡山の寿司は侮れませんね。
