イシモチ(テンジクダイ)の南蛮漬け
まずは突き出しに地物の南蛮漬けを。ちっちゃな魚でも旨味があって面白い。ちなみに関東でいうイシモチ(シログチ)とは別の魚。
瀬戸内の地物を中心にお任せで。

マグロ以外はすべて瀬戸内の魚介。どれも最高に美味しかったのですが、圧巻だったのは瀬戸内で一番旨い海老というオオゾウエビと、銀座で食べると数千円はするという愛媛のアカウニ。
ビールは大好きなキリンクラシックラガー。万富に工場があるから、これも地酒のうちでしょう。他に赤磐の酒一筋などの日本酒もありました。
