総評 自分で作製するんだ・・・(^_^)
日時 2018年6月24日(日)20時半 初訪問
注文 野菜お好み焼き430円 関西ねぎ焼き720円
料理 自分で作るお好み焼きって・・・暫し記憶に無いです。おののく事なく、
空気を含ませる大阪流混ぜ焼きをそつなく仕上げました。
ですが、ソースが酸味の酸っぱい。最近めっきり甘口なお好み焼ソースに慣れたので
ある意味、私が子供の頃はこんな濃厚ソースでしたね。歴史あるお味でした。
コスパ 量質的 自分で焼くセルフ式なので2.5点
店舗 第一印象は喫茶店風だけど、鉄板のあるテーブル席が広がっています。
ひとりごと 育ちが関西人の私には、このお味は口に合わなかった
えっ、それとも作り手が悪かったのか・・・！？ (^_^;)
