寒波も北上して暖かくなった西日本、最近麺類多かったので今日は古新田の「旬の味・和」さんで和食ランチを頂きましょう！
13時頃の入店、店内はご年配の方々で賑わっていました。お一人様なのでカウンター席の端っこに着きます．．．厨房前なので大将の動きがしっかり見えます^^;
注文は日替わり（1080円）、待つこと10分少々で配膳です。日替わりの他に刺し身・天ぷら・茶碗蒸しと品数多い構成になっています。
今日のメインは鯛のあら炊き、頭はそれほど大きくないですが濃い目に煮込んだ鯛身は美味しいですね。白ご飯がガッツリ進む味わいです。
刺し身は甘エビ・鰆・鰤、新鮮な食感で良かったです。天ぷらは海老・茄子・南瓜・さつまいも、揚げたてサクサクで美味しかったです。
安定感ある和食ランチ、どの料理も作りたての良さが出ていました。一品料理も数多くラインナップされていますので宵呑みも良さげです^^
