料理 先週来たらお昼時大勢の人だったので、流れに気遣って・・・
セルフなのに自分流の好みを見つけられず空いた15時に、再訪問しました。
改めて食べる麺はやはりグニュより芯残る硬い麺質。
今回しっかりと湯通ししてみました。
出汁は甘口と辛口2種類を飲み比べすると、辛口の方が
私好みの塩味がしっかりした私好みでした。
次回 かけ出汁は辛口を選び、無料トッピングを別皿でネギ、鰹節、生姜、天かすを
用意して、途中味の変化を楽しみつつ味わいたいです。

料理 想像していたより意外と固い、しっかりとした麺。
出汁は好みの風味と違いましたが、生姜を足すと良くなりました。
残念 今日の様な極寒日は、もう少し茹でればと後悔。
コスパ トッピングの天かす、ネギ、生姜等が載せ放題というコスパ4点、セルフならではの大人気店ですね。
店舗 幹線道路に面しており、お昼時は行列が出来ていました。
改善 キャシュレス化を望みます。
経緯 やたらと人気の名玄さん、メディアやSNSでアップされていて、約20年ぶりの訪問

書き込み千五百軒書いてる2016年の今年、口コミしていない事に気付きました。(^_^;)
名幻うどんを訪れたのは、来岡した2000年頃で、人から美味しいうどん屋を聞いては
好みのお店を探していました。お気に入りになら無かったのを覚えています。
ですが、地元の方にとても愛されており、お昼時はいつもいっぱいです。d(^_^o)
ホームページ抜粋 名玄は、1976年創業、岡山の「老舗セルフうどん」店です。
セルフうどんのシステムは、今では全国で見ることができますが、
このシステムを最初に発明し、店舗に取り入れたのは、私達名玄です。
