今日は息子が部活で居ないので嫁さんと二人でランチです。
伺ったのは赤磐市岩田にあるお好み焼き横綱赤磐店さんです。
入り口を入ると靴を脱いで下駄箱に入れて
堀こたつの席に案内されます。
注文は二人とも豚玉780円にそば150円の
トッピングです。
それからホルモンの鉄板焼550円を一つ注文しました。
私は当然ビールも……
暫くしてカップに入った具材とそばがやって来ました。
このお店基本は自分で焼くスタイルなんですね。
頼めば焼いてもくれますが私はお好み焼き焼くの得意なので自分で焼きます。
ここは関西風なのでコテで押さえなければ
中ふんわり、外はパリッと誰でも美味しく
焼上がります。
お好み焼きを焼いていると鉄板にのったホルモン焼がやって来ました。
ホルモンがプリプリで旨いです。これは
ビールがすすみますね。
嫁さんも気に入ったみたいです。
お好み焼きも焼上がったので頂きます。
中ふんわり、外はパリッと焼上がりました
少々甘口のソースに青のりとマヨネーズをかけて美味しく頂きました。
たまには自分で焼いて食べるのも楽しいですよ。
