About 1 minute by car from TSUTAYA Sanyo store. Yokozuna Akaiwa store is popular with families with children and customers coming home from work. The secret sauce goes perfectly with the crispy outsid |
This is Okonomiyaki restaurant in Akaiwa City, central Okayama Prefecture. I visited here for the first time as the Kurashiki Inter store, which I had found useful because it was Kansai-style and you could grill it yourself, seems to be closing. I visited on a Saturday before 1pm and it seemed like they were just about to turn over, but the restaurant was bustling with new customers. I ordered a cartilage ball for 880 yen, and my wife ordered a chicken skin ball for 880 yen and soba noodles for 150 yen. The unique texture of the cartilage was better than I expected. I think the dough itself was grilled to a soft texture, but it was a mistake in the choice of ingredients. This restaurant prepared warm soup stock for me, so I was grateful to be able to eat it with the soup stock. Of course, the flavor was also very satisfying. The sauce seems to be original. Thank you for the meal.
