2023.5.12の12時15分訪問。
こちらの『麺王』さんは、徳島に本店がある徳島ラーメンのチェーン店。
午前中の仕事が終わり、取引先さんと一緒に訪問。
入口の券売機で食券を購入するシステム。
初訪問だが、同じような徳島ラーメン店には行ったことがあるので、内容はだいたいつかんでいる。
恐らく以前は、生卵は食べ放題だったのかもしれないが、昨今の卵不足で1個だけの無料サービスと書かれている。
本日は〘徳島ラーメン¥750〙と〘麺王セット¥550〙の食券購入。
麺王セットは、チャーシュー丼と餃子のセット。
席に着き、麺の固さをかためで注文。
取引先さんから、アプリを入れると替え玉1個無料になると聞いて、早速アプリを取り込み待つ。
10分程で出来上がり。
生卵を割り入れていただきます。
徳島ラーメン独特の豚骨醤油スープは、見た目ほど濃くはない。
麺は博多ラーメンと同じ低加水の細ストレート。
替え玉は期間限定の『ゆずこしょう麺(かため)』にする。
ほんのりゆずこしょうの香りがする？かよく分からないが、普通に美味しい。
全体的に、今まで食べた徳島ラーメンと同じで、普通に美味しいお店でした。
