鶏料理、玉子焼きのテイクアウトのお店 |
岡山卸売市場ふくふく通りにある卵屋さん。看板商品？は玄米等の穀物で育てた鶏の生んだ黄身の白っぽい玉子を使った卵焼きですが残念ながら訪問した日は販売されてなくヨウド卵光を使用した玉子焼きや鶏肉を使用したお惣菜を購入しました。
玉子焼きはヨウド卵光・白卵・ネギ・明太子等数種類、お惣菜はヨウド卵のゆで卵、茶わん蒸し、唐揚げ、手羽先、チキンボール、鶏カツ等。それ以外に産み始めの卵（うぶ）やカステラ等も販売されていました。
●玉子焼き…しっとりした弾力のある甘口のだし巻き卵でお寿司やお茶請けに向いた味。
●唐揚げ…一口サイズのしっかりした味わいの唐揚げでした。そのまま食べたのでしっとりした食感でした。
●茶わん蒸し（松茸）…他にも海老の茶わん蒸しがありました。ほのかな松茸風味でシイタケやかまぼこ、鶏肉、ぎんなん等具だくさんでお値段も１００円（購入した日は特売で７０円でした）とお手頃で嬉しいです♪
●うぶ卵…卵を産み始めたばかりの若鳥の卵で白卵や茶色卵がありました栄養価も高く痛風とかにも良いそうです。大きさは普通サイズの半分程度（ＳＳくらいかな）で卵かけご飯にするのにちょうどいい大きさ♪
駐車場は卸売市場内に般客用駐車場があります。５００円購入毎にふくふく通り共通の５円割引券（２枚以上で使用）をいただけます。
