令和元年8月11日(日)、妻と伺いました。今日は味角定食(天麩羅、刺身)1600円です。
「刺身は大きくても大丈夫ですか？」と聞かれます。勿論Ok。期待しながら少し待ちます。
来ました。お膳の上には耀く刺身の皿と天麩羅盛りの両メインに、魚の煮付け、ポテサラ、
御飯、味噌汁、柴漬け。しっかりと濃いたまり醤油と透き通る天つゆも中々主張しています。
まず、ハマチの刺身。山葵は下ろしたもの。辛い中に甘みがあり、これをたっぷり載せて、
たまりに漬けて、御飯に載せて、食べます。美味い。臭みやしつこさがない。一口では無理。
2口で、たまりの付いた御飯と、柴漬けと一緒にいただきます。本当に美味しいです。
続いて鯛。身の厚さと大きさはハマチと同じですが、ハマチより身の甘さを感じます。
これも2口でいただきます。烏賊は細切りが5つぐらい。身は甘いですが、まあ普通です。
ハマチ2切れ、鯛3切れ、堪能しました。大根のツマも相変わらずシャキシャキで美味しい。
次は天麩羅。茄子、身はとろりで皮の固さは気にならず、こんな茄子天、あまりないです。
薩摩芋、南瓜、甘いです。いい感じに揚がっています。獅子唐はでかい。大葉は普通。
そして、海老、プリプリです。本当にプリプリです。しかも大きいのにまっすぐです。
皮がしっかり付いた大きな魚の煮付け。鰤かなあ。そこまで脂がきつく感じないけど。
身離れがよく、味が染みていて美味しいです。侮れないのポテサラ。何かとにかく美味しい。
味噌汁はいりこが香ります。分厚い揚げと豆腐と若布入り。いい揚げと豆腐漬かっています。
水ではなく、最初からずっと麦茶を出して下さいます。とてもよく冷えていて嬉しいです。
しそ巻揚げ定食や鶏唐揚定食700円からあり、近くなら通いたいです。御馳走様でした。
平成28年5月1日(日)、祖父母の法事で伺いました。床の間のある落ち着いた和室です。
テーブルには刺身、焼き魚、煮物、寿司が用意されています。それぞれの料理は、
刺身の鰤は脂が乗り、プリプリですがしつこさはありません。烏賊は剣先？普通です。
鯛、鰆は新鮮で身が厚く、どうだという感じです。一口で食べきれないぐらいにでかい。
また、大根のツマがピンッとしていて、噛むとシャクシャク音がします。
焼き魚は鯛？の味噌漬け。飽きの来ない味で、気がつくと娘が私のも食べていました。
添えてある茗荷がこれまたシャキシャキと美味しく、これだけで酒が飲めます。
煮物は海老、蛸、南瓜、筍、昆布、里芋。よく味が染みていて、いいお味です。
どれも美味しいのですが、昆布が美味しくて印象的というのがとても印象的です。
次は茶碗蒸し。海老、銀杏、鶏肉、筍と具沢山で、とても美味しかったです。
同時に出された天麩羅は、大きな海老、薩摩芋、茄子、獅子唐、南瓜、大葉。
天つゆでいただきます、どれもサクサクです。特に海老のプリプリがたまりません。
寿司は、鮪赤身、烏賊、海老、鯛、サーモン。身の厚いしっかりとした寿司も美味しい。
岡山市の高級会席のような上品さとは違って、刺身や握り寿司のネタが厚く大きく新鮮。
一つ一つの料理がピチピチしているなあ、生きているなあと感じます。
ちょっとした時に、また是非来たいなと思いました。
