少し足を伸ばして休日ランチに伺ったのは瀬戸内市長船の味角さん、岡山ブルーラインの牛窓ICを降りて5分程度、岡山市内からだと小一時間のドライブになります。山際のちょっと目立たない立地ですがナビ通りで迷わずに到達出来ます。
店内は和風の作り、外観から想像するよりゆったりした作りになっています。当日予約で開店時間少し前に入店、6人掛けの掘りごたつ席に着きます。
注文は「味角定食（1600円）」、待つこと10分少々でやって来ました。刺し身・天ぷらが付く和膳の代表選手の様な内容です^^;
刺し身は、カンパチ・サワラ・イカ、かなりの厚切りで食べごたえありました。天ぷらは揚げたて、南瓜・さつまいもは厚みがあり全部頂くとお腹いっぱいになります！
地元の方が次々と来店され満員御礼状態、仕出し系の注文も多く活況を呈する当店、やはり伝統の和食は強いですね！！
