他のお店の紹介で訪れました。
お店に入りカウンターに座る・・・前にネタケースをジロジロ見ながら何を頼もうか悩みだします。
ちょっと行儀が悪いですが、最近のクセになってしまっています。
ここのネタケースは台上に置くガラスケースではなく、木枠のケースの上面を開けるタイプです。
最近の私の傾向では、この手のお店は外れ無しです。
最初注文を間違ってしまいましたが、大きめのサヨリをお造りにして頂きました。
とても美味しく、人生で最も美味しいサヨリでした。
自分で釣って食べたこともありますが、遠く及びませんでした。
他にも白魚、サワラなどを頂きましたが、もう一つのお勧めはカニの身子和えです。
あの歯ごたえが堪らなく美味しく、子供の頃からの好物です。
殻が多く入っており、歯触りが悪かったのが残念です。
また訪れたいお店です。
