岡山市内に住んでいる友人と彼のオススメであるこのお店に行ってきました。
18時半くらいに着いた時はまだお客さんは来ていなかったものの気付いた時には満席に。
刺身の盛り合わせを頼み、おまかせで注文すると次々に美味しそうなにぎりが出てきました。どれも新鮮で、昆布〆は控えめに、大根おろしと酢醤油をほんの少々といった風に、どちらかといえば仕事はしてあるものの最小限に抑えて出来る限りタネの良さを引き出すような調理法でした。
お店の方も気さくな方々だし雰囲気もとっても良かったものの寿司屋で喫煙可はちょっとキツイなぁ…というか、とてもいいお店なので残念
