■汁なし担々麺 830円
・JR宇野線 備前西市駅から徒歩で約10分弱のラーメンチェーン。
・タレ:豚骨ベースのピリ辛担々ダレ。
・麺は全粒粉入りのやや細ストレート麺。
・具材は肉味噌、細もやし、刻みネギと揚げ春巻きの皮。味変用に2種のきな粉山椒が提供されます。
・テーブル上にはガーリックチップ、国産小梅等が備付。
・店内カウンターで7席と4人掛けテーブルが4卓、6人用小上がり座敷が卓。
岡山のラーメンチェーン『すわき後楽中華そば』の下中野店に初訪。
岡山高島屋店、藤田店に続き3店舗目の訪問です。
これまで『うまみ醤油ラーメン』と『ピリごまラーメン』を食べていたので今回は趣向を変えて『汁なし担々麺』をオーダー。
見た目然程辛くなさそうな一杯ですが、結構喉に来る辛さです！
結果、味変用に提供された2種のきな粉山椒は未使用。
代わりにガーリックチップを大量に使用しました。
最後は無料の国産小梅でお口直し。
