岡山県民のソウルフード
子供の頃、天満屋向かいのすわき家具店の地下のラーメン屋に家族でよく行ってました。
キムラヤのパン屋さんとともに、なくなって欲しくないチェーン店ですね。
庭瀬店とこちら下中野店はよく利用してます。
本日は、うまみ醤油ラーメンの大盛麺固めをいただきました。
シンプルな醤油ラーメンも良いけど、こちらうまみ醤油ラーメンもスープの背脂と卓上のフライドガーリック等で味変しつつ美味しくいただけました。

すわき下中野店さん 醤油ラーメン
感謝祭で半額セールだったので
子供のころ食べてたのとは明らかにスープの味変わってますが、
50年以上岡山県民に愛されてきたすわきさんには、これからも末永く続いてほしいと切に願います。
期間限定でも昔の味復刻して頂ければありがたいのですが。
