二次会利用だったので、
アラカルトで注文。
瀬戸内のワタリガニ、タコなど、
美味しいところを出してくれる。
特に気に入ったのはワタリガニ。
いい具合に蒸してくれて、
さばいて出してくれる。
子の旨味や味噌のコク、身の甘みと、
全てがイケる。
タコは吸盤のプリッとしたとこを唐揚げに。
これまた納得の味。
今度来るときは、
このお店に最初から来て、
一通りの料理をいただきたいです。
それを楽しみにまた岡山に来たいと思います。
