少し遅めの朝から用のある日。
あれこれするには時間が不足。
でも、ゆっくりご飯を食べる時間くらいはありそう。
なので朝飯を食べに奥田にある『カントリーキッチン菓音』へ。
『とんかつの信幸』の隣にできたお店やね。
ここのモーニングが気になっていたんよ。
モ−ニングセット。
飲み物はホットコーヒーを選ぶ。
よく焼かれたトースト美味しい。
元大阪人としてはもうちょっと分厚くてもいいけど、
一般的に満足する厚みなんやろな。
あとはサラダとゆで卵とフルーツ。
いいなぁ〜と思ったのはサラダ。
どの喫茶店に行っても食べれるよくあるサラダでなく、
キノコ、レンコン、ツナを使用したサラダ。
よくある業務用のドレッシングを使ったものではない、
あぁ個人のお店だからできる工夫だなと思えた。
ほどよい食感を残したレンコンで朝からいいもの食べた気分になれた。
もうちょっと量があるとなお…
お店を開店してから３ヶ月記念ということで、
サービスでチーズケーキを出してくれはった。
もうちょっと食べたいとアピールしてた胃袋大喜び。
ありがとうございます。
時間に余裕がある朝にまた行きたいな。
そういえばランチもしてるって言ってはったな。
