料理 山形産とある天元豚のとんかつは、オーソドックスなスタイルで
甘みのある濃厚ソースや、卓上の塩や、七味、練り辛子等で頂きました。
味噌汁はイリコ、魚粉感じる旨味の強いものでした。
特筆 モチモチ感のある白飯美味しく、おかわり可能\(^o^)/
残念 オーソドックス故に、豚肉に火がしっかり入っていて、タンパク質が硬め仕様。
コスパ ３点 2000円・・・
店舗 和の高級感のある内観、サニタリーの仕様は
壁に重厚感もあり、まるで鉄板焼屋さんの様。

ひとりごと 私、レアめな仕上がりの豚カツを東京で知ってしまい、
もう少しレアなら柔らかいのになぁ〜と思ってしまいました。
