経験豊富なフレンチの料理人が創作うどんメニューを作ってるんだ
詳しくは聞いてないけど、料理を見るとかなりの経験を積んでそうだ うどんもうまいけど、ランチセットやコース料理・単品のレベルは相当高いぞ |
この日のランチは、彦崎のうどん店『遊佳』さんで。韓国料理とうどんという、岡山では珍しい組み合わせのお店ですね。
１１時半頃の訪問。お客さんの入りは、半分ほどかな。立地を考えるとなかなかの繁盛ぶりでしょうか。
わたしのオーダーは、韓風定食８５０円。豚バラ肉とキムチのチゲうどんがメインで、白ごはんと韓国海苔、半熟玉子がついた定食です。
チゲうどんは、鉄鍋で提供されますので、アッツアツ！そして、見た目はそれほどでもないのに、食べるほどに感じる辛さ！
美味しかったですね。匂いなどは気にならないレベルなので、仕事日のランチにもいいかもしれないです。
白ごはんは、うどんをおかずに食べるのも、最後にスープへ投入していただくのも、どちらもアリですね〜。わたしは最後にスープへ投入です！
