岡山でやりたいことを終えた。
この後は移動しなくてはならないけれど、岡山でうどんを食べていこうと思った。
うどん およべのたなびく暖簾に惹かれた。
ひらがなが並んでいるのもいいな。
一日歩き回り、一区切りということで、ハイボールを注文する。
つまみは、鶏の酢（メニュー名失念）
ハイボールのレモンスライスがポイント高いし、鶏の酢（酢鶏だったかな）は、湯気がたっていた。茹でた鶏肉にポン酢をまぶしているのかな、香味野菜のスライスと薬味のネギがあり、酢の酸味はマイルドになっていた。サラダのようでもあるし、鶏鍋のようでもある。これが330円で、びっくりする。家のみのツマミにもいいな、と思った。
名物メニューのひとつ、カレーうどんを選んだ。
ニンジンが入っているところが素朴な感じでいいと思う。甘めのカレーは、和出汁が効いている。恐らく旨味の濃さによる甘味だと思う。肉、油揚げ、ニンジンと具沢山、ニンジンが目立つけど、食感のある油揚げもなかなかのボリューム。
うどんはねじれがあって、適度な食感だった。
出汁カレーが、なんともよかった。
