老舗直営店 サンマルク大元！！
午前中の打ち合わせが長引き、急遽近隣でランチを頂くことに．．．同僚と来店したのは「サンマルク 大元店」さん。直営店且つ旗艦店の位置付けでしょうか、途中ハンバーグ専門店になっていた時期もあります！
店内は天井が高く新緑豊かな中庭もあります、直営店らしくスタッフの女性は元気いっぱい、テキパキ動作が気持ちいいですね^^ ランチメニューは豊富で各種セットも用意されています。
注文はハンバーグにスープ・サラダ・飲料のセット（合計2020円）、パンを選ぶと焼きたてをスタッフさんがエンドレスで持ってきてくれます、これは適度な処で止めないとメインが来るまでにお腹いっぱいになります^^ カニ系スープを頂きながら温かいパンを食べます、高品質なパンではありませんが温かいことで美味しく頂けます！ サラダは量が少なく印象の残るものではなかったです。
ハンバーグは濃い目のデミグラスソースがしっかり掛かっています、添えられた玉葱・ポテトをこのソースで頂くとワンランクアップします^^ ハンバーグは癖のない味わい、肉汁たっぷりではなくひき肉がしっかり詰まった食感でした。
食後のデザート＆珈琲を頂きながら暫しまったり．．．廻りは女性客ばかり．．．皆さん話に花が咲いておられました！！

霜月終盤のウィークデー、同僚とランチオンミーティングで訪れたのは会社からもほど近い「サンマルク 大元店」さん、直営店さんで且つ旗艦店の位置付けですね！！
12時過ぎで店内はかなり込み合っていますが待つことなく奥のテーブル席に着けました。カウンター席もありますのでおひとり様でも大丈夫です。
注文はランチメニューからハンバーグとパン・飲料がセットになったもの（パンは食べ放題）、早速パンのサーブから気に入ったものを2種いただきます。メインは待つこと15分ほどで到着です！！
ハンバーグの上には濃厚なラザニアがたっぷり、ハンバーグよりボリュームあるかもです^^; 添えられているのは厚切りのベーコン、肉肉しい味わいでラザニアとの相性もバッチリ、全体的にもボリュームありますので男性向けのハンバーグセットですね。
食後には珈琲を頂きながらしっかり打ち合わせ．．．コロナ禍で難題山積です！！
