西川緑道付近は雰囲気の良い店も点在しているが、この界隈での〆はココという御仁も多そうだ。
赤提灯ならぬ赤テントの明かりに夜光虫のように酔客が集まり、わずか7席のカウンターは断続的に埋まることが多い。
店内右壁にはラーメン屋というより中華料理屋という品書きが並ぶ。
中華丼、やきめし、酢豚、八宝菜、もやし炒め、野菜炒め。

ちゃんぽんも人気みたいだが此処ではいつもラーメン(480)
細麺は柔らかくもしなやか。
鶏がらベースのスープは岡山にしてはあっさりだが、ラードがちょいきつめで冬場はなかなか冷めない。
常連ともそうだが一見客にも隔てなく元気なおばちゃんはあれこれ話しかけながら調理をする。
決して出しゃばりではなくこちらの体調（飲み過ぎたらいかんよ、体調には気をつけんと）を気遣うやさしさに今日の〆にこちらへ来てよかったと思わせるものがある。
