お店の味とか雰囲気のことを書くときに、家庭的とか、優しい味とか表現することがあります。大抵の場合、他に言うことがなかったときの汎用的表現でしょうか。
ですが、こちらのお店は、あえて、その言葉を贈りたいと思えるお店ですね。そう、家庭的であり、優しいお味なのです。
前置きが長くなりましたね。お店の名前は、『一直』さん。オーダーは、もやしラーメン。お値段は５５０円です。安いですね〜。
お味は、ホントに優しい感じ。むかし、祖母が作ってくれたラーメンの味がしますよ。不覚にも、涙でそう。
ラーメンというのは、好みが激しいですし、このラーメンにわたしが感じたものは、思い出込みなところがありますから、人にオススメまではできません。
ですが、オープンから半世紀。実際のところ、岡山のラーメン史に刻まれるべき老舗でしょう。興味があるかたは行ってみたらいかがでしょうか。
