北区下中野の立身さんへ行ってきました。
夜はおすし屋さんで、昼は蕎麦屋さんです。
暖簾をくぐると酢飯の良い香りがします。
移転されて間もないと言う事で、店内とても綺麗です。
お寿司屋さんらしく広いカウンター席に小上がりの個室もあります。
カウンター席へ鎮座して、いちおしのつけそば（せいろ）￥840を注文。
注文の品が来る間、店内を見渡していると、お子様用の椅子も有りました。
せいろですが、蕎麦の太さは普通で、コシ、風味も良く喉越しも良いです。
蕎麦が若干短く感じましたが、遜色ない程度です。
当店の蕎麦汁は醤油感があってキレがあります。
薬味には葱と山葵が付いています。
最後に蕎麦湯を頂きましたが、とろみがある濃厚な物です。
私は濃い目の蕎麦湯の方が好みです。
昔は濃厚な蕎麦湯を出すお店は駄目だと評価されていたみたいですが
今はお店の個性として出すお店もあるとか・・・
蕎麦湯一つとっても蕎麦は奥が深いですなぁ～
