今年の恵方巻きは自宅近くの立身さんで買い求めました。当店はオープン直後に美味しいお蕎麦を頂いていますが、まだ食べログを始めていなかったので写真はありませんでした。現在は店内写真がNGになりましたので自宅に持ち帰った恵方巻きの写真をアップいたします。
恵方巻きの中には海老・穴子・かんぴょう・卵焼き・三つ葉・椎茸・胡麻が入っています。どの具材も店主さんの手作り、巻がしっかりしていて中身が詰まった食感、味のバランスもよくとても美味しい巻き寿司です。
店主さんの笑顔が素敵な当店、また伺いたいと思います。
