路地裏の町寿司 西古松 浜寿し！！
会社からもほど近い西古松の「浜寿し」さん、車の通りが少ない生活道沿い、老舗の町寿司さんになります。駐車場は店舗東側に2台程度です。
店内はカウンター席と小上がり席、13時半頃の訪問で先客1名さん、カウンター端っこで昼呑みされていらっしゃいます．．．羨ましい^^;
注文は寿司ランチ（900円）、厨房で大将が丁寧に握ってくださいます。待つこと10分少々で配膳、そうめん入りすまし汁・小イワシ煮付け・サラダ・デザートも付いていますね。
握りは8貫、シャリは大きくネタも大きなサイズで食べごたえあります。シャリは人肌、酢は弱め、少し軟らかい仕上がりなのは好き嫌い分かれそうです。海老・鯖が特に好みの味わいでした！
熱いお茶を頂きながら暫しまったり．．．値段の張るピシッとした握りも良いですが昔ながらの町寿司さんの8貫握りも風情あって美味しいですね^^

営業所からほど近い浜寿しさん、久々の訪問です。路地裏に佇む老舗町寿司さん．．．絵になる外観ですね！！
13時過ぎの訪問で先客さんなし、おひとり様なのでカウンター席端っこに着きます。小上がり席もありますので小宴会にも使い勝手良さげです。
注文はにぎり寿しランチから中にぎりを指定、待つこと10分ほどでやって来ました。メインの他に小鉢（イワシ）・素麺汁・果物の構成になっています。
握りは伝統の8貫、ガリ多めなのが嬉しいです。シャリは中サイズ、ワサビはきつくありません。ネタは厚めで適度な大きさ、甘い鮭と脂のりの良い中トロが特に好みの味わいでした^^
年を経る毎に少なくなる町寿司さん．．．お客様があると出前で握り寿司を取っていた昭和世代、古き良き想い出に暫し浸ります．．．
