There are many restaurants near the east exit of Okayama Station, but this restaurant is located a little outside of the central area. When you enter the store, it feels clean and bright. The atmosphere is more like a local Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) than a kushikatsu restaurant. It looks pretty good. I had made a reservation for this day, and was shown to a tatami room in the back. Let's toast with draft beer right away. There is a wide variety of dishes, but the main dish is kushikatsu. These days, I don't like Fried food, so I choose something relatively light like cherry tomatoes or shrimp. While drinking draft beer, I started by eating radish salad. It's refreshing and delicious. When I was relaxing and drinking beer, the kushikatsu came. It's lighter and delicious than I expected. After all, kushikatsu goes well with beer! There are a wide variety of kushikatsu, and you can enjoy them. The pork giblet stew that I served with it is full of giblets. It's a pretty good restaurant with a selection of dishes that go well with beer and alcohol.
