岡山出張を終えて同行者がホルモンうどんを食べたいと言っていたので以前お邪魔した事があるもりさんに行こうと思いましたが奉還町商店街にある此方のお店にお邪魔しました。とん平焼、ねぎ焼き、ホルモンうどん、カキオコ(牡蠣が入ったお好み焼)、そばめしと全て茶色の炭水化物祭となってしまいました。
とん平焼きは卵が薄く、ねぎ焼きはちょっとイメージが違い、カキオコは所謂広島風でキャベツがベチョっとしていて一体感があまり無かったですがホルモンうどんが美味しかったです。マイルドで強くはないけどパンチがありホルモンの脂がタレとマッチしています。そばめしは麺とご飯がソースが満遍なく味付けされておりこのハーモニーこそそばめしですね。
店主さんからはホルモンうどんの感想を聞かれた時に赤味噌とニンニクを使っている事を伺いました。家庭的な雰囲気で地元の人から愛されている感じが伝わりました。
