中華そばが食べられるお好み焼き屋があるとのことで訪問しました。
店内は入口入って右手に鉄板のある小上がりの座敷、左手にはカウンター席があります。
今回は中華そば(500円)を注文しました。
具はバラ肉使用のチャーシューが３枚、シナチク、青ねぎ。
麺は中細ストレート。茹で加減がアルデンテで、麺の円さが特徴的なマルタイの棒ラーメンを思わせる麺でした。
スープは茶濁。見た目は美味そうですが、出汁を味わうどころではない塩気の強さ。
本業に引けを取らない一杯を期待していたのですが、500円ならまあアリかなという一杯でした。
