広島風お好み焼きを大葉トッピングでいただきました。
焼きそばの上に薄いパリッとした卵焼きの層があり、その間に大葉が挟まってるような感じでした。
大葉トッピングって珍しいような気もするのですがあんまりお好み焼きは食べないので分からないです。
